Dean J. Gould's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law, including sales, acquisitions, development, financing, land use, condominium, foreclosures, work-outs, formation of investment partnerships and other entities and related transactions. Mr. Gould was admitted to the bar in Michigan in 1979 and in Nevada in 2001. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (A.B., with High Distinction, 1976) and his law degree from Wayne State University Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1979) where he was a member of the Wayne Law Review. Mr. Gould is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the University of Michigan Law School, where he teaches a course on Real Estate Finance. Mr. Gould was appointed by the Supreme Court of Nevada to serve as a foreclosure mediator under Nevada's new foreclosure mediation law. Mr. Gould is fluent in Spanish, having been an exchange student in LaPaz, Bolivia. Mr. Gould is a member of the Real Property Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Gould is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a 2008 and 2009 Michigan Super Lawyer.
